Join head butcher Andy in the Goat Shed Butchery and get hands-on experience making your very own traditional pork sausages.

Learn the process of how the Goat Shed team make their very own traditional pork sausages using locally farmed pork from The Allen’s at Morley Farm on the Holkham Estate in North Norfolk. Take home what you make at the end of the course.

You'll be guided through the basics of sausage making, the equipment, the ingredients needed, and the art of linking sausages before giving you the chance to mix, fill and link your very own sausages. Depending on the size and how well you link, you can take up to 30 of your very own sausages home to enjoy.

This workshop starts at 6:00pm and typically runs for three hours, and is perfect for beginners, no previous experience is needed. After the workshop, you will have the opportunity to look around the farm shop and make any purchases if you wish.
