Stately Car Boot Sale

The 9th Stately Car Boot Sale, in aid of the Norfolk Churches Trust, will take place at Sennowe Park on Sunday May 4th 2025 by kind permission of Virginia and Charles Temple-Richards, and Tom Cook.

In the setting of the beautiful grounds of Sennowe House, this year’s Sale is expected to top 2022’s record of 10,000 visitors and over 200 pitches featuring antiques, paintings, objets d’arts and historical items from the most glorious stately homes in the County as well as private house owners and some collector ‘friends’. Thousands of items are expected to be available. Get there early to avoid missing a unique find!

Renowned to be the poshest of car boots, a diverse range of incredible items have been bought and sold over the years. Remember, pitch holders bring items that money cannot usually buy! Gems from previous years have included a Vintage Cadillac, stunning preloved John Galliano wedding dress and a British Battleship ensign flag! The event will also host a Valuations Tent and of course cake and catering stands will again be ready to tempt you with homemade fayre and refreshments alongside other local food producers and vendors with an array of tastes for all pallets. A silent auction will take place throughout the day boasting exceptional one-off prizes.

In 2022 over £83,000 was raised for The Norfolk Churches Trust, a registered charity, established in 1976 to protect through financial aid and advice, the churches and chapels of Norfolk. Through its vital work, the county’s some 650 plus historic buildings are preserved for current and more importantly, future generations, to enjoy, value and covert.
